CCT brings the product, local expertise, trusted relationships and on-the-ground coordination. Your team remains in control of the client relationship and the way the experience is positioned within your portfolio.

Is each departure dedicated to a single travel partner?

Yes. Each departure is operated exclusively for the clients of one Tour Operator or travel partner.

We do not combine clients from different operators on the same departure. This allows the experience to remain cohesive throughout the week and enables the departure to reflect the partner's brand and client expectations.

Is Johan Museeuw present on every departure?

Yes. Johan’s involvement is a fundamental part of the Northern Classics Tour. He participates in every departure, riding alongside guests on three of the five Classics and joining them for two private dinners, sharing the roads, stories and experiences that shaped his career.

His personal involvement is also one of the reasons why the number of departures is intentionally limited.

How many departures are available each year?

The number of departures is intentionally limited because Johan Museeuw personally participates in every departure.

For 2027, four departures are planned between May and October, with dates and allocations agreed in advance with selected Tour Operator partners, subject to Johan’s availability and final operational confirmation.

Can the itinerary be adapted to suit our clients?

The Northern Classics Tour has a carefully designed core experience built around five iconic Classics, key cycling sectors, Johan Museeuw's involvement and a specific level of hospitality and operational quality.

These core elements are protected to preserve the identity and consistency of the experience. Within that framework, selected elements can be adapted according to your clients, market and preferred way of operating. The extent of that flexibility is discussed with each Tour Operator before a departure is confirmed.

What partnership models do you offer?

CCT offers a Ready-to-Market Signature Experience designed to integrate seamlessly into the Tour Operator’s existing commercial and operational framework.

The Tour Operator remains responsible for the client relationship and provides a Tour Leader / Driver for the departure. CCT provides the product, local expertise and a dedicated CCT Coordinator / Driver, whose presence on site is mandatory throughout the tour.

The CCT Coordinator manages local operational coordination and bike logistics, while the TO Tour Leader / Driver remains responsible for the clients and their day-to-day needs, on and off the bike.

This creates a clear division of responsibilities: the Tour Operator leads the client relationship, while CCT coordinates the local delivery of the experience.

How involved is your team throughout the project?

CCT remains involved throughout the process, from initial planning to on-the-ground delivery.

We coordinate the local suppliers, logistics and operational preparations, and a dedicated CCT Coordinator / Driver is present throughout every departure to manage local operations and ensure the agreed experience is delivered as planned.

The Tour Operator remains responsible for its commercial and client relationship, with its Tour Leader / Driver accompanying the group and assisting the CCT Coordinator / Driver when needed throughout the tour.

Does NCT include cultural experiences?

Yes. While cycling remains at the heart of NCT, the experience also goes beyond the bike. The Northern Classics take place in a region with an exceptional architectural, cultural and culinary heritage, and NCT is designed to give guests the opportunity to experience part of it through carefully curated ways of discovering it. These experiences complement the riding without taking away from the cycling focus of the tour.

The Northern Classics Tour operates on a fixed Sunday-to-Saturday, 7-day / 6-night schedule. Airport transfers to and from Brussels Airport (Brussels-Zaventem) are included as part of the experience.

Pre- and post-tour nights can be arranged by the Tour Operator according to guests’ flight schedules and travel needs.

What happens after we express interest?

Every partnership begins with a conversation to understand your clients, your objectives and the way your business operates.
