You are comfortable riding for 4.5–5 hours per day, including climbs and cobbled sectors, over five consecutive rides. Depending on the group’s level, daily distances range from approximately 75 to 120 km, with breaks included. One ride follows a more relaxed 2.5–3-hour format, providing a lighter day within the five-day experience.
